TRAINING MANAGER / FAMILY THERAPIST

Tatenda Piburn Chigonda is the Training Manager with CONNECT (ZIST). He is a very experienced manager, trainer and Family Therapist with a Masters in strategic Leadership and corporate Governance (BUSE), Bsc Psychology (ZOU), Diploma in systemic family counselling, Diploma in English, Certificate in Education (Nyadiri (UZ), Certificate in emerging technologies (Manitoba, Canada) and Certificate in training techniques  (IPMZ). He joined CONNECT as a training officer in 2013, training certificate, diploma and short course students in systemic family counselling. As a family therapist, he is providing workplace counselling and training. He was promoted to CONNECT Training Manager in 2018 coordinating all training in certificate, diploma and consultancy of the organization. He is a goal oriented person. Tatenda is passionate about mental health and working with the vulnerable members of the community.
