Fidelis is a Social Scientist, a holder of Bachelor of Social Sciences degree with Great Zimbabwe University, (2006-2009) and a Professional Diploma in Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation with Africa Learning Development Network (ALDN), (2012-2013). With seven years of experience in Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Fidelis has worked with CONNECT for 6 years, first as the Research, M and E Assistant, then as the Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer. His key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting programme effectiveness and performance. He is also responsible for contributing to organizational learning through preparation of reports, disseminating data on lesson learnt and supporting management to determine demand for services and viability of future business opportunities. Fidelis is responsible for capacity building of staff in research, M and E and also facilitates publication of newsletters and journals for CONNECT.
